Instructions
preheat oven to 350, grease 8x8 inch square baking pan or round 9 inch pie dish
Whisk together dry ingredients, cut in butter to resemble coarse crumb
Add egg, milk, and liqueur..it will be lumpy ...put evenly in prepared pan
Mix together topping ingredients, spread on top and slide a knife through a couple of times to incorporate into batter
Bake for 25- 30 minutes until batter isn’t wet and is slightly firm, cool for a few minutes
Mix liqueur and powdered sugar ingredients, In small bowl melt chocolate chips with cream in 30 second intervalsDrizzle each glaze on top of coffee cakeSprinkle chocolate chips on top
