Pear Mojito

Delightful pear and apple flavor with a lovely mint finish

Equipment

  • cocktail shaker
  • Muddler

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounce Lemon Bacardi Rum
  • .5 Ounce Simple syrup
  • .5 Ounce Pineapple juice
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Ounce apple pucker schnapps
  • Topo Chico
  • 1 Glass of ice

Instructions

  • Muddle the lime and mint leaves together in shake. Be careful to not tear the mint leaves to much, they will mush
  • Add the rest of ingredients except the Topo Chico to shaker
  • shake the ingredients and pour over Ice in the glass
  • Top off with the Topo Chico, Enjoy!!
