This is a delightfully refreshing recipe I borrowed from my Mom. It is sweet rum drink with a lovely minty apple pear flavor. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I have. 😊
Pear Mojito
Delightful pear and apple flavor with a lovely mint finish
Equipment
- cocktail shaker
- Muddler
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounce Lemon Bacardi Rum
- .5 Ounce Simple syrup
- .5 Ounce Pineapple juice
- 1 Lime
- 1 Ounce apple pucker schnapps
- Topo Chico
- 1 Glass of ice
Instructions
- Muddle the lime and mint leaves together in shake. Be careful to not tear the mint leaves to much, they will mush
- Add the rest of ingredients except the Topo Chico to shaker
- shake the ingredients and pour over Ice in the glass
- Top off with the Topo Chico, Enjoy!!
