Dripping Springs, aka Drippin’, is such a great little…not so little anymore…. town;). We have a lot to offer here. Between the many Distilleries, Breweries, Wineries and more Venues to count, Drippin’ also has a fabulous Farmers Market, each Wednesday from 3-6 at the Triangle. It’s so nice strolling through the market and seeing what all the local vendors have to offer. There are so many amazing and delicious choices. I decided to try at least 2 a week. I will tell you all about my awesome finds right here. This week I decided to try something delicious and something useful.
This week I purchased some deliciousness from Eieio’s Organic Farm and and some awesome CBD oil to calm our sweet Birdie the Bluetick Coonhound during our travels, she gets a little anxious.
Eieio’s Organic Farm
When you stop by Eieio’s booth at the Farmer’s Market you definitely get interesting and friendly conversation. Kathleen’s descriptions of the condiments sounded delicious. I couldn’t choose, so…I bought three. I came home with Garlic Aioli, Cilantro Pecan Pesto and Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta.
She suggested trying about a tablespoon of Garlic Aioli on some Pasta….wow!! It was amazing. I also sprinkled some grated Parmesan Cheese on top. Move over Mac and Cheese. It was sooooo good!!
The other two I purchased, the Cilantro Pecan Pesto and the Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta were equally as delicious. I bought some sesame croissants, sliced them in half and slathered them with the pesto on one and the Bruschetta on the other. I topped the Pesto with tomatoes and Mozzarella. I topped the Bruschetta with sliced pepperoni and Mozzarella Cheese. Then I slid the sheet in the oven to broil just until the cheese looked melted and a little toasted. Sooooo Good!! Add some shrimp to the pasta and Voila!! It’s a meal.
I will definitely be getting some more!!

I am always intrigued by the CBD oil Booths. I know I ask a million questions. The vendor was very knowledgeable and was patiently answering my questions. We have been contemplating getting Birdie, aka #Birdiethebluetickcoonhound some drops to help her calm down when we are traveling around visiting our favorite places.
Well, her mom, I am Grandma to the Granddog, told me to get her some and we will see if it relaxes her on our trips.
She’s amazing!! This is going to help our sweet girl relax!!
