Yuuummmy!! Who doesn’t like a Frito Pie?? And how come they always taste better in the little bags like we used to get at the football games….a million years ago. This is such a cool idea, so easy really. The only thing you have to stir up and make is the guacamole and that is only if you want your own. You can always buy the premade.
I have plenty of the fancy wooden charcuterie boards sitting around the house but lately I have really liked using my redneck version….a HUGE water heater drip pan!! You can find them here at Home Depot. They come in an assortment of sizes. I take the plug out. You can put a cork in it to make it look nicer if you’d like.
