Expanding our knowledge of cooking techniques and developing a more extensive palate of different cuisines seems like a no brainer.  Especially considering we are devoting ourselves to creating an interesting and tasty blog.  I have my favorites and so does Cassidy, but sometimes you have to try a few new things and explore alittle to discover what you truly have a taste for with food.  Soooo…. here it goes.  Join along!!  We hope you joins while we cook our way through a few cookbooks.
